All return requests must be pre-approved by our customer service team. To initiate a return, please call 800-831-9509 or email orders@leogstein.com to obtain an RMA number.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs to Leo G. Stein.
Leo G. Stein will cover return shipping costs only if the return is due to a shipping error on our part, or if you received a defective or incorrect item. In such cases, we will issue you an RMA and provide a return label for shipping the order back to us.
Specialty products, wide loop, cut orders, and straps may not be eligible for our return policy.
For any lost packages, please allow at least 8 days for delivery. If the package has not arrived after this period, please contact our customer service to start a claim and arrange for a reshipment or refund.
